Bull Arab
The Bull Arab is an Australian dog breed that is bred primarily as a "bay dog" for wild boar hunting. They are generally a loyal dog, with a great temperament. They were bred with the need to create a dog with enough size to stop large boars but with enough speed and stamina to outlast many of the other heavier mastiffs. The breed "bull arab" is falsely used by many breeders because it isn't a specific breed. The Bulldog Campeiro, is a Brazilian Bulldog. It's an extremely old breed of working dog. The dog descends from the ancient Old English Bulldogs brought to Brasil during the 16th Century by European immigrants. The ideal height is between 48 to 58 cm (18.9 and 22.8 inches) at shoulders height (withers); the ideal weight for males and females between 35 to 45 kg (77,2 and 99,2 lb). Braque du Puy
The Braque du Puy was an old breed of hunting dog in France, bred for hunting in the lowlands and known for being fast and flexible. The breed was created in Poitou in the 1800s by crossing other Braques with greyhound-type dogs. Border Collie
The Border Collie is a breed of herding dog that originated along the borders of England, Wales and Scotland. They are anecdotally considered to be among the most intelligent breed of dog in the world when measuring herding ability. These highly energetic dogs are often considered the world's best sheep herding dogs; they can be hyperactive and are frequently used on farms all over the world to assist with the handling of livestock. While originally bred for farm work, they have also become popular as pet and sport dogs. These dogs can be protective of a human family member and are, most of the time, affectionate to those they know. Beagle
The Beagle is a breed of small to medium-sized dog. A member of the Hound Group, it is similar in appearance to the Foxhound but smaller, with shorter legs and longer, softer ears. Beagles are scent hounds, developed primarily for tracking hare, rabbit, and other game. They have a keen sense of smell and tracking instinct that sees them employed as detection dogs for prohibited agricultural imports and foodstuffs in quarantine around the world. Basset Hound
The Basset Hound is a short-legged breed of dog of the hound family. They are scent hounds, bred to hunt rabbits by scent. Their sense of smell for tracking is second only to that of the Bloodhound. The name Basset is derived from the French word bas, meaning "low", with the attenuating suffix -et, together meaning "rather low".
